Where do I collect my flowers?
Collect at 14 Linden Row, Briarfield, TX 79000, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Please bring your order confirmation.
Do you deliver?
Pickup is available for fresh flowers. Shipped gifts cost $6 per order, or ship free over $75. Contact us before ordering to discuss any local delivery request.
Will the flowers match the photograph?
The photos show the size and feeling of each arrangement. Specific stems change with the season. We keep the overall palette and contact you if a larger substitution is needed.
How do I care for my arrangement?
Top up the vase with fresh water every day. Keep flowers away from direct sun, heaters, and ripening fruit. Recut the stems every two days.
What if something is wrong?
Contact us within two days if flowers arrive damaged or a gift is faulty. Unused pottery can be returned within 30 days. Fresh flowers and digital files cannot be returned for a change of mind.
